Selling Stable revenue, 600$ per month from 3 sources

First of all I am willing to sell this site only to serious buyers who want to make it stable, I really wouldn't like to see it going scam after we sell it.

This website is a young yet very popular GetPaidTo site which has been opened in May for the users of a forum and went live in 3rd of July. The site has been indexed by google for 4-5 months as we developed the platform on the host.

The main revenue sources are the offer systems. The profit for June was $150, the profit for July is $600 so far as the site is growing very fast!

The website's platform and design are completely exclusive and they have been never sold. The buyer receives exclusive rights over the platform. The admin back-end allows the owner to view statistics about the website, demographics, user information and pending orders.

Features:

* Interactive wall page
* Referral commission based on user's activity
* Automatic jackpot system
* Possibility to create toplists (with users)
* Users need to verify their phone number before submitting their first order in order to reduce fraud. (costs 0.03$/verification)

Revenue sources:

Matomy Money - $404 this month, $230 last month
Supersonic ads - $540 this month, we have started working with them two weeks ago
Paymentwall - $112 this month, we have started working with them two weeks ago.
Incentivize - $20 this month

Maintaining the website costs around 60$/month, this includes server fees and phone verification fees. You will need around 10-15 minutes per day to respond to emails from users and 10-15 minutes to process the orders. (mostly PayPal and Liberty Reserve payments lower than $1)

Most of the website's users are from USA, Italy, United Kingdom, India and Indonesia. We have received more than 100,000 visitors first month and invested absolutely nothing in any form of advertising. The visitors number dropped this month to 2,000-3,000unique visitors per day as we have banned many proxy services.

The reason for selling is unfortunately that I can no longer sustain the site as I lose 60% of the money after I pay VAT for the income and the taxes to the government.

$600/month for a single website is not great.
That's ordinary.
$600/day are.
So i think $10K for the site is too expensive, yet it load slower than i expect.

I think you better optimize it to profit at least $3,000 per month and keep that website as your Virtual Real Estate rather than selling it.
You keep it for another 2 years than it will profit you more than $100K if you sell it.

The users register on other websites, in exchange I get money from advertiser and the user receives points. They can convert their points to money but you keep 70% of the profit. I have already earned more than $1,000 in July.

 

I have to sell it as I have to pay too many taxes (I have a company) for the profit obtained from this website so I can keep only 30-40% of the revenue. It's not worth sustaining it as my time is limited.

 

Did I get it right, it's poker related? I don't know anything about poker. How long do you think it will take for me to get to sratch with it? Is it even necessary?

No, PayPal won't ban you because they have problems with chargeback, since you're not accepting payments from YaCash users, only payments from the advertising networks which have verified PayPal accounts, you won't have any problems.
