The executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota said the arrest of Mick Kelly, 50, of Minneapolis, does not augur well for the way authorities will treat protesters during the convention. Happens all the time, the political shakers will make sure no one gets seriously punished and when the protester sues the tax payers will fit the bill. He is lucky the cops didn't crack him in the head for fun.
