Selling St-evo.com - Blogging / Linux Projects site PR2

I currently own st-evo.com - A personal blogging / project discussion site which has undergone many changes over the last three years. The reason I am selling is down to time as I am focusing mainly on writing scripts for other sites. The url can be related to *-evolution or saint-* just as two examples.

I am able to give 12 months worth of visitors stats, the bounce rate when this site was updated daily (properly) was about 40% and when I used to run in date PPC (and adsense) I was earning a few $ a month but nothing to brag about.

This sale comes with the following:

- Full ownership of domain (well obviously)
- Licence to run a blog creator (much like blogger and wordpress blog farms)*
- Support for the blog creator
- A small repeat reader community being able to see your site!
