Besides your domain sounds like wanting to mislead visitors and your are falling into copyright infringements due to the chosen name.
sell that at blackbay(dot)org...you will get many bids there...that is the perfect domain for phishers....
The domain name contains TM for Rapidshare which will seriously affect its value, IMO , it is worth its reg fees only
