SSL Certificates

I hope this is the correct place to ask my question?

I have a SSL certificate but don't understand how to get it to work? I've uploaded all the files but......it's not correct.

you shouldn't upload it . you should install it

what is control panel of your hosting ?

did you reading cpanel docs about install SSL certificate ?
you should have access to WHM . or contact your host administrator and give him your .crt / .key file and they can install it for your account .
