It's a tool built by the owner of bluehatseo. You input your website URL and SQUIRT will get it indexed within 24 hours, at least thats the idea. I haven't ever used it so I can't say whether it works or not. Also Eli, the owner, isn't open about exactly how this is achieved. Eli likes to use techniques that are considered blackhat by many, so I wouldn't be suprised if by submitting to SQUIRT you basically get a link placed to your site for a temporary amount of time on a whole bunch auto gen'd sites. Use it based on your own judgements.
