Hi I tasted a squidoo a little bit. If I understand good it is about making quick one page web sites. You can easily put there photos, affiliate, links, PPC advertisiments right? So advantage is that you set page quickly. It seems that squidoo will take care of bringing some visitors to you. On the other hand you don't have your own domain. When exactly I should use squidoo?
squidoo everyday, whenever you can! keep your pages updated! quality and useful content is the best for traffic! spammy ones go down so aint worth it! do lots of promoting, marketing etc..
Squidoo is great for giving yourself backlinks. And the lenses tend to rank really well which can direct some nice traffic to your site. And if the lenses rank well enough on Squidoo, you get paid for them too. You really can't lose.
Squidoo is a great place. I use it to get back links to my site. Give good unique content about your site with pictures and so forth. I have made pages about other peoples sites gave them the links and keep the page for myself then earn royalties from those pages. You still need to promote those pages just like any other page. Be active with other users, comment on their pages, rate their page, join groups and so forth. Squidoo helps a little with promotion but it get so much better when you actively do it.

don't know, honestly. I still prefer hub pages as I have lots of positive results with them. They get indexed fast and you can easily check the statistics that is built in
Squidoo is a great way to get good traffic to your site if you keep it updated. It will bring bad results if you just post one or twice to your squidoo page and leave it.
