Squidoo, you can make endless amounts of money, all you do is repeat and repeat and it will grow

I haven't touched Squidoo in a while. I've been hearing that since the changes Squidoo introduced made making money harder.

Yeah, the downside to that is that there's more marketers moving to backpage, but not neccessarily more prospects.

I agree with the earlier comments that Craigslist and Squidoo are very different sites built with different purposes, so it's hard to make a comparison. Aside from that, Squidoo's been getting much more strict with affiliate marketers. I had a couple of my lesnes shut down awhile back because they were promoting products that Squidoo thought were likely to be spam, even though they were just standard reviews for internet marketing products that I was an affiliate for. Oh, well.

Hubpages is still pretty good, from what I see, but they're still a bit more demanding in terms of the quality of the content they want than Squidoo used to be.

I use a trick witch I'll share here, i build Squidoo, Ezien and Hubpages, and usually I get ranked in the first page for the 3 of them...

If you know how to post on Craigslist you can get a lot more out of it and it completely annihilates Squidoo. Or any other form of traffic generation for that matter.

Craiglist brings traffic which converts quickly and easier. Squidoo more likely helps with SERP and SEO.

Craiglist produce instant traffic while Squidoo takes a while to generate real traffic.

In terms of SEO squidoo helps better than craiglist.

You are absolutely right! However, let's not forget about the automatic opt-in you get from CL.

I think you have answered your own questions. But also the fact is at any time your Lens can get LOCKED.
I had a few profitable Squidoo Lens and then out of no where it got Locked. All that work, no just gone.

I would stick with the Craigslist :) What play with hundreds when you can get thousands...

Craigslist has made me tons for what I'm trying to market. If you can successfully post 100 ads per day in 50 us cities, you can sell your product so fast! CL is amazing!!!
