The traffic really depends on how well your lens ranks. They key is keyword research. You want something that has low competition in Google but still gets some searches. You then want to optimise your lens for that keyword. Then you can build backlinks to your lens to help increase its rankings. Hope that helps?

I just created my first lens on Squidoo and I tiny little bump out of it. I hope to learn a little more and then try again. I believe that squidoo is kind of like stumbleupon, in that it's a great long term investment rather than a quick jump (like digg).

It depends all on your lens ranking. If you provide quality content, and others find your lens to be useful then most likely they will favorite it and it will also get picked up more by search engines. Content is key with Squidoo!

I never tried squidoo myself but another squidoo lookalike and I had very good results with it. Especially if you can make the pages / lenses part of your own network it works pretty well
