How useful is it to my site by creating backlinks using these sites? At the moment i've had very few unique hits through those links, infact none through squidoo. I managed to get 150 uniques after about an hour of using stumble upon but not one sign up to my forum. What's more effective? using these information social networks or stumbling/tagging.
Well a site like Squidoo is better suited to say, advertising a product and selling it. It's only one backlink but it's from a nice area, every backlink helps.
