Hi, I can't decide what to use, I'm promoting a coming launch product which is going to launch in about 10 days. And I want my page to be at the top when it launch, so I want to ask, what should I use between squidoo, hub, or blogspot, if I'm not wrong, I think it could take time for blogspot to appear even if there are no competitions while if I use squidoo, I think it can rise to the top easily, the main page I want visitors to land is on my blog, I thought I will send visitors from hub or squidoo to my blog and no need to optimize my blog or other way is I will only use my blog and try to optimize to the top in 10 days with no competition at all, like only 200 - 300 brand new pages.I need your advice on what should I use, may be you have a better idea other than what I said, I don't want to fail this time, like on the launch day and cannot see my page anywhere, I am also thinking that my squidoo or hub page could just be deleted if anyone or my competitor would report it because I have alredy experiance this, so I thought blog is the best because no one can do anything. Thanks for your advice.
Based on my experience, blog is more effective than squidoo and hubpages. Blog is the most effective way to promote your site. If you post unique article in your blog and then promote it to high traffic site like social bookmarking site, ping services , directory submission and other link building strategies, your site can boost traffic or possible keyword ranking. And new blog post can easily index by the search engine. Squidoo is turning to be one of the biggest URL referrers and getting steady stream of visitors. To achieve deep indexing of your Squidoo lenses by search engines, you may read this tips Squidoo lenses. These simple steps will capture more long tail keyword searchers and boost your lens traffic, your PR rank and lensrank.
Use them all with the BLOG as the main site. The more links to your Blog the better! Blogs will not rank as quick as Squid, and Hub. These are established sites and always rank high and quick for good KW, so they are great for marketing sites and blogs. But HUB is a pain the ass since they have so many editorial rules, you have to be careful how you write there especially with a product launch, make sure and follow the submission guidelines. With Squid you have free reign, make sure to add your lens to as many Squid groups as you can and make sure to lens-roll all your lenses. Post on all of them and link to your Blog, the blog will be the main site but use the others as marketing tools for the blog. Make sure to use your good KW in the anchor text for all the links back to your blog. Make sure to use a ping service for the blog every time you post. www.pingoat.com works great and also add your blog to www.technorati.com and set the auto ping service with them.
There are advantages to both. It'll depend more on what your overall strategy is to ranking. If you choose to make your main landing page on Squidoo, then you should create multiple blogger blogs that all point to the lens. If you plan to make your Blogger blog the main landing page, then you would make multiple Squidoo lenses that all point to the blog. People have had lots of success with both. I'm PERSONALLY a wordpress fan and only use it for my main blogs - preferring to use blogger blogs to build keyword-rich links. Even though they don't pass page rank with the nofollow aspect, the keyword rich links still count as votes for rankings.
