Google "Tiffany Dow". She has been called the "Squidoo Queen". She has a book on Squidoo and I hear it is pretty good.
Make sure that you put on lots of content onto your Squidoo page, especially UNIQUE content. Their system finds spammy lenses very quickly, and you want to make sure yours actually stays around long enough to get indexed.
