I can't give you the perfect answer because it all depends of your approach to marketing. Different things work with different sites. The best thing to do is to test all of your ideas and see what happens. It's the best way of learning anyway. Don't forget to try out pages like digg, propeller and stumbleupon. Good luck.
I have to agree with JoseArmando! While I am presently using Squidoo and Ezine Articles, I don't think any particular one works is better until you plug in your site and what you are looking to get out of it. I find that since I love to write that article submission works for my site as I can write about the things I want to promote, link to the pages and sub pages I want and submit as much or as little as I want to without much worry about if I am doing anything black hat or if there is a do follow vs. no follow...... Forum posting is so easy and has to be part of the "mix" of backlink development. The often listed areas of back link development seen here are all good in their own way but for me articles are where I am spending most of my time.
from SEO point of view, squidoo worked best for me. hubpages is nofollow so there is no SEO benefit. Ezine has some benefit but squidoo is the best of all these 3 r u sure? squidoo is dofollow and all the lense i do have dofollow link as well
Squidoo is do follow. As for what to use, as it's been said, that depends on what you're doing. It's also not just WHAT to use, but HOW to use it.
