Squidoo + Hubpages + Basic Promotion Service Needed - Work On Long Term Project Basis

I am looking for anyone who has experience in building:
1) Squidoo lens
2) Hubpages

Here are some of the requirement I am looking for:
- 2 articles of 300 - 450 words each
- 5 - 6 modules / capsules
- 2 pictures
- 8 - 10 keywords (will be provided)
- 5 backlinks (will be provided)
- fast turn around time - 3 - 5 business days
- fully SEO Optimized
- No Errors

3) basic promotion including (can be optional/combination of):
- blog post,
- blog comments,
- social bookmark submission,
- or any method you think is within the basic promotion.
