Hey guys, are any of you using web 2.0 landing pages, and if so, which one do you think ranks better in your experience: blogger, hubpages or squidoo?:)

Blooger is a google property, so you will surly get a edge there. Else If you use hubpages properly it will give same result as blogger.

    The Stats:

    Blogger - PR8 - 115,920,295 Backlinks
    Squidoo - PR8 - 16,607,793 Backlinks
    Hubpages - PR5 - 1,522,611 Backlinks

Backlinks are the total amount of links to the homepage and user pages.

Typically, I see that pages usually rank in this order, and I have heard that Hubpage moderators do not like articles that are meant for marketing purposes.

Have you guys even tried any of this???? blogger sucks in ranking! The only good thing about blogger is the lack of adsense ads. My Hubpages and SQ pages usually easily outrank blogger. However, i still like it, cause there are no ads to steal away some of your head earned traffic.

My suggestion to you is that you should do a test. Target the same keyword on all 3 sites.

blogger is more straight forward and in my mind is the better option mainly because they do not have ads which can take the focus of you.

I've used all 3 of them. Squidoo and hubpages are about the same in rankings although I would say hubpages ranks a little better and blogger blogs don't really rank that well in my experience unless you put the work to get a lots of links and keep the blog updated occasionally.

Whenever you make a blogger's blog you get a subdomain as www.abc.blogspot.com, and you don't get direct benefit of authority of Blogger.com domain. While in hubpages and Squidoo, you create a new subpage and easily get benefit of begin a subpage of a high authority domain. So it is more beneficial than Blogger. But after all backlinks to your page matters a lot.

I like Hubpages the best in that it has a nice design out of the box and is very easy to set up. Blogger is awesome of course as a free blog but there's so many blogger blogs that you have to pick your keywords carefully. Squidoo is annoying with their limits on what topics are ok and so on.

Hubpages actually gives you adsense earnings once your hub reaches a certain score which is simple to do, by just rating it up yourself. I quite like Hubpages. I also has a community and you get some visitors that way.

I usually do all, minus Squidoo, for a product, so I will have a blogger, Hubpages, Website, Wordpress blog (self hosted) and then do backlinking to all. Then I post my articles on all available directories. This means massive exposure for potential buyers. So hopefully they will read one of my blogs or websites, then either click directly or do another search and then land on another of my web properties.

Hubpages are a waste of time. Your links will get removed and those that stay will be nofollow most of the time. Waste of time beyond words.

Hubpages ranks ok. Your links will only be removed if you can't make a hub without excessive promotional material. Squidoo on the other hand will just deny you to open a lens on some topics.

I've had nothing but problems with Hubpages myself. They always give me some stupid reason why my hubs weren't approved so I finally gave up on them.

Guess I am in the minority here. I haven't looked into Squidoo since those first lenses. Maybe it's time to try again.

There was a similar thread not sure which one ..

Well I wouldn't use any of these communities lately. There's been lenses banned that were making quite some money. Don't put your egg's in someone else\s basket, no matter what your marketing approach is.

Both squidoo and hubpages are getting more and more strict when it comes to affiliates these days.

Try to stick with the ol' article directories, and yeah provide quality content for 'human readers'.
