Just put in links to your site/s. Provided that the lens content is in context with what your site is about.

Check out www.squidoo.com/what and www.squidoo.com/why for important information for new Lensmasters.

I know that Squidoo is indexed well in search engines, but I don't know their Search Engine love.

Also backlinks from Squidoo Lens count as regular backlinks, just like from any other site...

When you PM me, please include as many details as possible as to what you can provide me and what it would cost me. If its try that I can get onto the 1st page of google searches because of this, I would offer a bonus of a couple hundred bucks when that happened (above and beyond what I paid for the normal service.)

I'll be honest with you, it's dead easy to do it yourself.

It's all about content. You'd need to provide the "Lensmaster" information about your site. They'd need find out off you how to categorise, organise and arrange it.

You might as well do it yourself.

Cut out the middle-man. There doesn't need to be a middle-man.

    Read these three lenses...
    http://www.squidoo.com/why/
    http://www.squidoo.com/what/
    http://www.squidoo.com/module/

That'll give you a good foundation on how you can base your decisions. Whether it's better to do it yourself, or if in the event you still want to pay someone else to do it it'll give you better understanding what what's needed.
