Hello! After some more research. it appears that if I use the Amazon/eBay modules provided by Squidoo, I would get 50% of the revenue generated by that ad. If, however, I use my own affiliate links, I should be getting the full affiliate commission. Is this correct? Thanks!!
Does this work with most affiliate programs terms and conditions? Does anyone know about commission junction etc.? THanks for the insight in advance.
Most affiliate companies shouldn't have a problem with it, including CJ. Although you might want to check with Squidoo to see what their policies are. Hope that helps, Fredi.
That is correct. But if you only sell a few items on your own, then you'd be making less. As Squidoo sells more, they're on a higher tier, you get a 50/50 split on 8.5% as opposed to a full 4% on your own.
If you can sell just 7 Amazon items, you'll be able to get 6% comission on most of them. You can use this Amazon Link Generator to create code that is compatible with Squidoo (the usual code from Amazon Associates is not).
That is correct, and you will be able to earn far more money pushing other products that are offered by ebay and amazon anyway when using Squidoo due to the search terms they rank highly for.
