Hello all, I was wondering how much success everyone has with their squeeze pages for newsletter sign-ups on Traffic exchanges. I have them set up on about 10 traffic exchanges, but have only had a couple of sign-ups. Be interested to know how othere were getting on.
Traffic exchanges don't work anymore. Don't waste your time with them. Do you have a your own newsletter that you are trying to circulate? Or this a viral marketing product? John
Hello John, I have my own newsletter. I have a box on my website to sign up to the newsletter but I haven't got enough traffic going there yet. I thought a squeeze page on the TE's might help to get sign-ups.
Instead of a squeeze page, try this: Contact another relevant newsletter. Ask them to promote your newsletter in theirs, with a clear link back to your site's signup page. Then you do the same for them. Similar idea, but you're not swapping traffic. You're just promoting each other.
I'd tell ya the percentage who will give you their e-mail address, but it would probably just piss you off, pop your bubble of hope. ~ So.... You got a couple of sign ups? Well there ya go. Not many will give you their address on very little info on a squeeze page. Hell, why should they? But you should show your site for critique.
Traffic exchanges work great for building lists of quality leads if home biz types are the ones your targeting. I have personally built huge lists using nothing but traffic exchanges. I offer a free course on how I do such. www.listbuilding-101.com
