SQL Error

    We are using the 125 client free version of Optigold, for 2 reasons.

    1. We only have 15 customers and will be like this for about six months until we get permanent bandwith.

    2. I am hoping the PHP/MySQL version will be release before we hit the 125 limit.

    However, we are using FreeRadius and MySQL for authentication and accounting. First month, all usage data imported fine.

    Second month, I get this error:

    "invalid or missing activation key"

    What do I need to do to get this working again.
    Would buying a version of Filemaker solve the problem?

    Make sure you have your NetTools Pro license key installed on your database server.

    What NetTools Pro License?

    I downloaded and installed your 125 license version and have it installed on a standalone computer. Then we have a ODBC connection to the MySQL server that is collecting Radius usage.

    Optigold ISP uses a third party plug-in (NetTools Pro) for controlling SQL and LDAP databases.

    We are using OptiGold ISP 3.3.5 and would like to use a MySql connection but can not find NetTools Pro. Is it available yet or am I SOL?

    It's available, you just would need a license for it.
