SQL 1064 error

    I have been trying to get a website downloaded thru SQL but i keep getting the ERROR #1064, when i look up the 1064 error it gives me this in return; see below

    #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Rar!' at line 1,

    I have no idea how to or what to do about this?
