According to kaspersky 2009 with latest updates my pc is secure, but when i open browser or any website i got this screen and then professionalscan.com pop up open and start scanning my pc then says we find some spyware, hijacking files in ur pc then start downloading few softwares. Yesterday, my homepage and date time format was changed autmatically (after this attack). Please refer me a good tool which can scan pc for spyware. (pctools.com spyware doctor is not good for me)
Hello jalpari your system is been attacked by a root-kit. NO ANTI-VIRUS in the world can remove as far i know. Please try downloading sophos anti-root kit and start scan hope that Rootkit gets detected. If the RootKit does not gets removed then format your computer. Usually Rootkit are able to hide themselves and fool anti-virus claiming that they are system process. They can attach themsleves to any of the Application like Browser as you are affected. Note down the domain name you have claimed to be opening and report it to internic http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi Use the below and report that site for content and spam purpose. Good luck!
Go to download(.)com and search for Spybot. It has most of the ability to clean your spyware, adware and so on. Just give it a try
Don't jump to any conclusion till your are sure for any thing, formating can help you in this. i don't have much idea about Root kit. But try to read the stuff for such situation on google. U will come to know what exactly is wrong.
That Spybot is bullshit...first they claim free download, after I download and scan my computer and found 1,400 bad file, then the next instruction stated I should selected all file to be clean. Guess what happen next, A pop-up claiming they only will clean 15 out of the 1,400 and I would have to purchase the full versions to clean the remaining 1,385. Personally, I think that spybot is a trick, probably only a few file bad but they give that high number to put fair into us, and only clean 15. I will removed it from my computer...I should have known...
