I just found out about the spy feature today and it's very useful to look at all the threads being made. Theres like 5 posts every second. You should check it out if you haven't already.
Yes it is an easy way to see what is happening as it happens. I am surprised you have been here as long as you have and have never seen it. It is cool to see the mods in action, especially Smyrl, she is like a mad woman when she gets started.
Spy is actually one of the nicest things here on DP but the best is still the Forum jump. Who ever came up with that one is a genius.

I love spy! I like the user map too. It's cool to see how the geographical distribution of users changes throughout the day.
I love spy tool too but actually i am using it when i have some free time Its also useful to see how other members post in different threads Overall spy tool is nice. DON.

it's at the top where it says "Fun Stuff" You click on it and a little menu should come down... spy is right there.. click it and you're there...
