    Purchased Spotleaser for a parking spot rental project that never happened, and lolchannel I've been holding on to for a while after winning it from an auction.

    They're expiry is coming up - should I bother renewing them?

    If so, what would you estimate the value to be?

    I think that spotleaser would be a great domain for a spot rental company, though undeveloped it is not worth much. If you arent planning on ever developing it I would suggest you let it drop.

    lolchannel is kind of in the same boat - could be good if developed properly, otherwise not worth much...

    Just my opinion, hope it helped!
