Selling Sports Website with Forum [Low Maintanance][Cheap BIN]

    One month old website with 300-1000 page load and 100-400 UV per day. It was known before as taghoops.com (PR1 - Alexa Rank 140k. Check it if you want proof). I'd changed it because I'm planning to make taghoops.com a basketball wallpaper website but because of my work I will not be able to maintain the website anymore. All traffic is redirected from the old domain to the new domain. I haven't promoted the website itself yet but I already made some backlinks. This website is all automated you just need to moderate the forum with 700+ members already. The forum content are all "human", meaning this is all human created thread and posts. The forum is getting 5-20 registers per day.

    I'm going to include taghoops.com domain as a package.
