    Why are you selling this site?
    I am selling, because I plan to put all of my focus into another idea.

    How is it monetized?
    Main source of income is bookmaker affiliates. The site is 5 months old, first 2 months nothing happened, but the next 3, I have made 350$ on bookmaker affiliates and a bit with Adsense.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    Twitter - 600+ followers
    Instagram - 7800 followers

    How much time does this site take to run?
    15-60 minutes a day.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Articles. I share sports betting tips there. The bookmaker reviews and tutorials are all written and you can have them. But in order to produce new content, i write short (about 300 word) articles about betting tips.

    So ideally you should have some knowledge on sports, especially football (soccer). But you can of course take your picks online, from Reddit or wherever.

    He scammed me few years back selling wordpress blog in sports betting niche which had hacked scripts in it and didn't made any penny from it.

    You got the wrong guy dude. This is only the 2nd site I have ever created. I have only started my internet business late 2017.

    I understand that you are a respected member here, but get your facts straight before you start blaming people.

    Me, I get reports from my bookmakers every day about daily sign ups and I can share these.
