Selling Sports Picks Website - Adsense Earner - Great .com domain name

This is a site i originally put together for someone else but he pulled out after losing his job and having a lack of funds. So instead of letting the work waste i decided to develop the site. Now that it has taken off i would like to unload it.


Site is a sports handicapping information site and supplies readers with handicapping info (stats and trends) and service plays from pro sports handicappers. Site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name. Site is very well indexed and has a steady and growing traffic flow with some solid organic traffic. Site still needs some SEO and backlink work done as i simply don't have the time to put into this area. But some seo work has been done and has some solid backlinks so far.


I monetized the site with adsense last month and it has performed very well as the niche is a very solid per click paying one. Site does not link to any gambling sites or promotes any gambling business so it is perfectly within adsense policy and is a 100% information site providing stats and sport game picks only. The site made $59.79 last month and is on its way to doing so again this month and as traffic grows the site has tons of potential as this is a solid low competition niche.



Site is built on wordpress so its extremely easy to update. I will supply winner with the content sources , site only takes about 10-15 mins a day to update so very low maintenance and easy to run.
