i am going to be starting a new site/forum with a general sports theme.

If you were going to a sports forum, what would you look for? What can be done differently than most other forums with a the same theme?

    any suggestions would be great.

"sports" is a pretty broad subject.

Is that as far as you've narrowed it down so far?

Sorry, but I was serious. I don't keep on top of it.

But with what you just said, I'd take that idea and run with it. ;)

I would also put in soccer and baseball. If you were going for a broad board, then you may want to include some extreme sports.
