    This is a site i originally put together for a customer who pulled out in the end due to lack of funds. So instead of wasting the site i developed it some and now its off and running it time to try and let it go.


    Site is in the sports wagering information niche and supplies information on sports tout service plays. This is a great untapped niche specific site with less competition. The site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name registered at Godaddy. The site is very well indexed and has a steady traffic flow and great organic traffic from Google. Site needs a little more SEO and Backlink work and should continue to grow at a very steady rate.




    Site Earnings

    I monetized the site last month with adsense (approved) and some affiliate banners in the niche. The site has proven to be a great adsense earner and the niche is well paying per click. The site also offers great potential for affiliate conversions. Site earned $59.79 in adsense last month and already over $30 this month. As far as the affiliate side you could stick with the ad's already there (easy to sign up for) and just swap to your code , or add some clickbank products in this niche. I think clickbank products would do very well here considering the clicks and interest in adsense ad's shown already and there are some great paying clickbank products in this niche.

    This site has tons of earning potential as it grows !!!
