    Im not sure what you mean exactly that you want. If its a brand new forum and you think by offering someone half the ad earnings to run it and promote it for you is a fair deal then I beg to differ.

    They might as well start their own forum from scratch. Now if its already established and you want someone to take over and maybe install a few mods or skins then its a good deal.
