    Desc: This is a nice little tennis court directory site that I've created. Clean, easy to use, and totally search engine friendly. Also, tight integration with Google maps. All database driver and completely automatic. Takes literally zero time to maintain.

    Age: Almost a year old now.

    Traffic: Averaging over 20 unique visitors / day, all from organic search (ranks #1 for tennis court in MSN, lots of Google Local rankings, etc).

    Revenue: Never tried to profit, but I'm sure you could make easy money with Adsense or sponsorships or something.

    Looking for three-digit bids...questions welcome.

    I'm guessing because Google doesn't think I have enough links coming in. Nevertheless, most of my referrals come from organic search in Google. Because of the nature of the site, it frequently appears when folks search google maps for <tennis keyword> in <city, st>. I can provide stats on request.

    While there are some states with no courts listed, in total over 250 courts have been listed. In particular, all of the top markets located on the right side of the home page have courts, which takes care of a good percentage of the population.

    A couple more questions if i may...

    1. does the sale include the right to the site/scripts ie. it wont be sold again under another domain..

    2. Does the Google maps TOS allow commercial use (ie. would a buyer be allowed to sell links on the site, put google ads etc etc)
