Here are My Views :

The Heading Is Bad
Background colour should be a bit lighter
And no match between adsense background and page background

I thing i liked is the content
But don't Be sad...... Your Site will do good.

 

I might agree about the header. I've never really been THAT keen on it but I am terrible with HTML/PHP etc so can do very little about it.

The background is almost white and the adsense background and the regular background colour match exactly!

 

Page Background is Greyish just near to adsense block

The design is something I have little control over but ideas for new sections and comments on content and the ordering of stuff in the sidebars/stuff I don't need/should cut loose. That's the feedback I'm after.
