Sports Betting Website Contest $250

hi, im looking to build me a custom version of ezcapper.com i have allready got a designer working on one version of this sports handicapping sales website. take alook at ezcapper.com and come up with a new nice version, and let me see what you have. i have gone through several designers, for over 2 months now, i have to say i have not been able to get one site built...most of the designers have taken my funds, and not completed the jobs...why i do not know. im tired of beeing raped for my hard earned dollars, i really am so disapointed right now, so im hoping someone can dazzle me with a top class design. so all you have to do is build me a new version of ezcapper.com.
currently i need a site built like ezcapper.com and then also a site like solidbets.com offcourse it has to be a custom different version, but you can look at it to see what im doing. so really there are two job possibilites, and each job is for $250 so $500 if i choose a designer that has the best two designs. im not setting a time limit to this contest as im running it untill i see the designs that i like. so please bury me in different ones. im looking for nice, clean, user friendly sports betting websites.

I have worked on lots of website projects before and understand how to create effective sites that generate sales. I am profient in CSS and HTML and will code up your design perfectly. Obviously there will have to be changes from the current design, but I am confident that I can adapt my designs to suit your needs.
