I see alot of people are selling sporting event tickets on ebay or other sites. Is this a good business to get into? How are they getting all these tickets so cheap that they can sell them and make money.
There are affiliate networks that specialize in tickets. I've run across them before but can't remember any off the top of my head.
Hi there, its a great and pretty new niche online to make some good money. I have been doing it for some time now, and I can recommend it totally. The best affiliate programs to sign up with are in the USA stubhub, and throughout Europe try www.seatwave.com its a superb site, great conversion rate, and great commisions (7%+ of gross purchase price). Single commision payments of $100 to $200 are not uncommon, especially on sports or top value tickets, like madonna, u2, oasis tickets etc. If you are interested (or anyone else) in setting up an affiliate site let me know, and I can most likely help out! thanks MOG
what i was looking for is buying your own tickets and reselling them...not doing affiliate work. I'm a huge college football fan and i just see how much tickets are. I mean Florida Gators vs LSU tigets tickets are selling for over $200 a piece for $40 face value seats.
I was surfing the web and ran across this site called: www(dot)myticketbiz(dot)com/default.aspx I already got too much i am looking into already,so, i dont think i need another distraction.
AwesomeSeating.com has launched its affiliate program with ShareASale.com. http://www.shareasale.com/shareasale.cfm?merchantID=22490 7.5% Commission with a 60day cookie.
They actually have direct contracts with the Event organizers. You can try to buy them in bulk so that you will gain profits.
Im putting together a European ticket affiliate program at the moment, we are set to soft launch on Wednesday this week, you can see the details here: www.partnertix.com AND the best thing is, we also provide you the site to market, using our innovative wp plugin, which you can download from here: http://www.myticketmarket.net/seatwave_events.zip
