    I've seen plenty of other sites that use the name.
    xspore.com/totalspore.com.

    Both of which don't have an issue.

    They are not going to come after a website unless you do something that pisses them off.
    If you really think they are gonna care about someone making a forum on their game, your just stupid.

    I am pretty sure that if every videogame developer went after the websites that used instances of their game's name there wouldn't be any game websites out there. If there were, they would have names like Hairstuff.com - the hottest gaming techniques on the net!

    Yeah, I think people are just overly paranoid.
