Why are you selling this site?

I am going to college and will need some extra cash

    How is it monetized?

    Are Plans page @ https://spoofhub.com/purchase.php

This site has been running for a little bit over a year and I have made a couple thousand from it. So, I definitely have monetized from it. But after a while business is starting to get less and less and I am not having time to advertise it more so my decision is to pass on the ownership.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    No

How much time does this site take to run?

Not much, it's pretty auto-pilot; you may have to answer some questions from time to time.

What challenges are there with running this site?

    None, it runs pretty smooth.

Ok, so if you're getting traffic from forums - it will probably cease when the new owner takes over?

Possibly, but it's not my job to advertise once I give the ownership away. The new owner will have a choice to advertise the site or not.

Not saying it was your job.

Simply stating that the new owner should consider this a starter site, not a website with traffic and revenue.

In which forum you advertise? Will you tell how to advertise to the new owner? What is your expenses? The user can call with your phone numbers across worldwide, how do you manage that? Can you show your adming dashboard which shows your current earning? what is your reserve price?

Can you arrange a join.me session to share your admin screen?

What API is the site using? Would like to know about the expenses? And how do you handle legal matters if any? Is it using custom script or a CMS? Would like to see the backend screenshots as well.
