So I'm in the works of creating a sponsorship between my company and the team.. I'll go ahead and post it so you guys can critique away! Sponsorship Contract This is a legal documentation ensuring that all regulations of the information entailed will be followed. You must abide by everything in this document. If you do not the sponsorship will be retracted and all funds given in any form of service, payment, hotel booking, taxi's, gas, bus ticket, food, entry fee, and/or airfare funds must be funded back in full to Halo3-Tourney.com. If you do not abide by this document and do not pay back the funds back you will be violating a legal contract and will be forced by law to be reviewed by court jurisdiction. You must put H3T in your team name and all user names played during the MLG Meadowland event must begin with H3T and then your gamer tag. A t-shirt must be worn at all times during the event (except on main stage) with Halo3-Tourney.com visible on the back or front of the shirt. You must represent Halo3-Tourney.com in a positive way and show good sportsmanship to every team/player you compete with. Halo3-Tourney.com may also request cooperation to: advertisement, lessons to H3T members, reviews, media affiliation coverage, interviews with popular outlets affiliated with the gaming industry, media appearances, and other forms of publicity, service, and public relation. This legal documentation will last from February 22nd, 2009 to April 25th, 2009. During this time no other sponsorship(s) besides Halo3-Tourney.com will be allowed. If sponsorship(s), companies, and/or investors show interest, all implications, including any form of payment and/or affiliation must be managed through Halo3-Tourney.com. If you do not abide by this and take action with outside sponsorship(s), companies, and/or investors of Halo3-Tourney.com, the sponsorship will be retracted and any form of payment must be funded back in full to Halo3-Tourney.com.
