I currently have a phpld them for sale. Ive noticed that people sponser the themes for more than they sell for. Can someone tell me what sponsoring is please?
Sponsor pays you to place his link in footer and release template for free use, with conditions to have footers link intact. It also depends how many users you can find using it by the look of design and your promotion of template.
Sponsoring means adding their site link which helps to get exposure and oneway link in natural ways and for free ( after sposoring cost)
not necessarily true .... you might see some designs are going for a low price ... like $40 and other designs' sponsorship are like 100 it all depends on the quality .. if u have a quality custom design people will pay you ... 300 .... it all depends on the quality .. sponsor link is just a link-building technique used by the webmasters to promote their site ...
