Sponsored Results or Sponsored Links?

Is it against TOS to say Sponsored results? someone told me it wasn´t against TOS but it was against TOS to say Sponsored links but I was reading their TOS and it doesn´t seem that way. Are they both okay? if someone can help me out with this it´d be highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

I think the only allowed things are: Sponsored links and Advertisements

The way I read the TOS, either method would be ok. Google's exact statement is "May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites." Obviously Sponsored Links would be allowed, since that's the exact terminology Google uses, but I think anything that doesn't explicitly encourage clicks and/or mislead users is ok, including "Sponsored Results." If you want to be really safe, though, just stick with Sponsored Links.
