Hello, I own and develop an online multiplayer game named BattleCity Classic. This game was first released on February 21, 2005 and since then, over 20,000 accounts have been made. You can visit the website at http://battlecity.looble.com. When users create an account for the game they must provide an email address. Recently the active player base for the game has shrunken, so for the first time, we plan to contact all accounts in order to let all people who at one time played the game know about new updates and features. From the 20,000+ accounts we have removed all evidently invalid addresses and now have a list of 16,138 people. Of these, some will possibly no longer be in service or no longer used, but since account validation by email was enforced up until recently, the majority of the emails sent should reach their destination. Like many servers I am limited to sending 1000 emails per day. Since the game requires emails be sent to players for password recovery, in order to ensure uninterrupted services I will only be sending out 250 to 500 emails per day. It will therefore take me between 1 and 2 months to send out all emails. ---------- What I am looking for is someone to Sponsor the email. BattleCity is offered for free so advertising is the only way the game can generate an income to cover the expenses of renting a server. If you sponsor the email, then basically I will place a text-ad to your website into the email message. That is to say, a link to your website as well as a short description. I was hoping to raise close to $100 from this, because even if we assume that of the 16,138 emails only 10,000 will reach a reader, thats still only 1 cent per successful message sent.
