Ok my ads are set on rotate. Lets say I make 7 different ads each built around a top keyword. If someone does a search using one of the keywords in one of the ads.....will it always show that ad? Example.....
if I have a car dealership and in each different ad I put a different auto maker....ford, chevy, honda...so on. If someone searches for Ford cars....will my ad with Ford in the ad text ALWAYS be triggered?

If you want a specific ad or group of ads to be triggered for a specific keyword or set of keywords, you need to put them in a separate Ad Groups

No, it is completely random. Like Magda said, if you want it to be that specific you must create a different ad group for each car brand, Ford with all the ford keywords + the specific ad targeted to Ford and etc for the other cars. It's a lot of work, but in the end it's going to be worth it though. When someone searches for "Ford dealerships in new york" and your specific ad text says, "Ford Dealerships In New York", people will tend to click on yours a lot more than the guy that says, "Car Dealership In New York". One word in an ad can make a HUGE difference in CTR and ROI.

    OR

If you want, you can try DKI (Dynamic Keyword Insert). Will save you a lot of time, but kind of trickier to use this unless you really learn how to use it properly. Lots of threads regarding DKI though, so I'm not gonna go into details.

no you need to seperate all your keywords into really organized and logical adgroups. If you are bidding on...

    car dealer
    mazda dealer

and put these in the same adgroups, your text ads will no be brought up properly. Those key terms need to be bucketed into their own adgroups with text ads written around those keywords so the ad texts are highly relevant.

Otherwise, if you combine those keywords with lots of text ads, you are likely to get slapped and be given really low QS
