Splitting commissions with another affiliate.

Since I can't place orders for my customers directly to get a commission, I am looking for a partner to use their affiliate links to place the orders. We'll split the commissions and you don't really have to do a thing. PM me if interested.

If amazon found out, both accounts would be terminated... not a wise move.

Can you quote what part of Amazon's Terms that this violates?

You may be treading in grey areas... whichever the case, I doubt big A will be happy to learn that you are doing this, and it is in their discretion whether or not they want to terminate your account (without any given reason).

Anyway, big A has its own reason for stopping self-referred sales and obviously will not have much tolerance for actions intended to work around that.

Do it in secret if you really must.

I remember distinctly purpose of the Affiliate program is to attract new customers.

Believe me, if you work on attracting new customers,
you'll earn more than through these tricks or loopholes.
If you earn money legally, no one can stop you from earning as much as you want.

It would break their rules on offering an incentive for orders, among other things. Would not take them long to pick it up either, if you read their own forums and the posts from others in the last year that got no payment.

Anyway not wise as they do monitor forums, and asking people to PM you to help you break affiliate rules could also get you banned from this forum as well.
