split testing and tracking

When you do split testing, do you use any software to see withc pages converts better? or do you just check withc autoresponder box got more e-mails?
Withc numbers from where do you look at so see withc page is converting well... do u look in cpanel withc page gets more hits (the page after they have optend in)... where u look... ?

Also, do you know of tracking 202 can do this?

 

I always track myself.
For video ads you can test split test on a platform like LeadsByVideo.com which allows you to see the "real" CVR of the video. Every video must be watched in it's entirety. Unlike Youtube where views are actually just hits on the video not actually someone who has been watching attentively.

But you can use Google's website optimizer tool to split test pages.

 

The fact that you know what a split test is means you are on the right track. If you can know what advertising is working and what is not, you will be above 90% of the pople out there!
