Buying Splash Page Creation - Code $10

I'm after a splash page for my personal website.​

i require it to be very nice looking and easily up-datable i would also like some kind of popup/hover over where you hover over an image of an game and it will show some information possibly a link to my profile on that game.​

popup either using jquery or something, I've seen something called "reveal" and "bPopup" which are both free to use, but i lack the know-how.​

Please remember i must be able to add images / pop up text with ease! I'm sure this will be simple for someone with the know-how​

You dont have to use my style. I would perfer it darker type and a nice look and feel for the logo on the games.​

Please note i need it fully coded, it would be easy for someone who knows i can do the basics but its taking me to long!​
