Splash Page Assistance Needed

    hello there
    i created a small animation using photoshop cs4 that i wants to use it as a splash page for my joomla site

    when trying to export it i am obligated to that in gif format
    which stinks as a splash page ( slow loading + have to link the whole picture )

    so i was looking for some one to help me with a solution for this
    +
    implements the splash page on the joomla site with out moving the site into a new dir ( i got a usefull guide )

    should be simple job for some one who knows what i am talking about

    so max bid is 10$
