Spit Euro/US traffic?

    I hope this is the correct section to ask this but does anyone know of a freeware/opensource piece of software that i can use to split my ad traffic?

    For example i have a 468X60 banner and i want to split it like this:
    All US traffic go to advertising company A
    All Euro (Tier 2) traffic go to advertising company B
    All other traffic go to advertising company C

    I don't know if this is possible as most ad company's provide a javascript code and not a static image.

    Please advice?

    Try to use OpenX.
    It's free and I think you can split your traffic according your wishes...
