I'm going to go ahead and run an auction for www.spiritualmartialarts.com . . .

To me, the value has alot of value and alot of potential that might not be there for someone who's not interest in the subject matter.

I'll start the bidding at $100. Increments of $10. This is probably not a great site for someone who has no interest in martial arts at all. For someone who is doing something related already, I think this is a great investment.

No idea on BIN right now. The auction will run until 8am Monday Morning. I don't want to put my reserve out there yet, but if it's not met, I won't sell. Payment by paypal.

The main page is low PR, but most of the main internal pages are PR4 right now, with a few pr6 and above backlinks since the last G update.

Currently ranking #3 on yahoo for Martial Arts Forums ( http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=mar...&cop=&ei=UTF-8 ), and #3 on MSN for Martial Arts ( http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q...t=61&FORM=PORE ) and has prominent links from the sites of some really famous martial artists like William CC Chen.

The site is Mambo with SEO-SEF URls, and probably ranks for alot of other
keywords as well.

I really like this site actually, but I have some new domains related to my core industry which I really want to focus on more, and with moving out of the country and the new business and all I don't have alot of free time.

Site has some good features like users can maintain their own blogs, pm each other, view profiles and add each other to their friends list, etc.

I put alot of work into this site for about a week, and then just kind of got busy with other things, and may like to sell it, especially to someone who would actually do something cool with it.

I don't have any concrete traffic or revenue stats on it, but I have a basic idea on the revenue. It has great potential for private advertising sales, and for the right person and with minimal effort I think it could be a really big money maker.
