    I am selling the domain name SpiritualBlog.com . The domain name has been appraised by multiple manual appraisors and I've received a number of private offers. Before I finalize the sale I am putting the domain on auction here to see if I get a better offer.

    ResearchAppraisals valued the domain at $23,500 . Other appraisal services came were around the same . Serious buyers feel free to PM me for the professional appraisal report.

    BIN price is $20k for the domain, lower offers considered.

    Beautiful name, I love it. Price doesn't really add up though, you should spend a few hundred bucks making a blog and turn it into a business...

    I've had a few manual appraisals. That's what it's worth. But I need to sell it ASAP so you I'll except offers at a much lower price. You could easily start a blog -- the site is already PR3 and indexed in Google so you're already set to go.

    Sorry to say, but manual appraisals are worthless. The domain is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. If you disagree, you might want to hold on to it until you get the offer you think is fair. I personally suggest you take advantage of the name's PR, make a blog, and sell some links if you need quick cash. You won't find a buyer with $20k in these forums, not for a domain.
