Yeah you are right. Those videos may be or may not be fake, but these things does exist. I believe in them. Because I have experienced them myself and heard about them from many people.

I just wanted to share the video. I didn't know if its fake or real.

That was 4/5 years ago. When we didn't open the door of the computer room for about 2 weeks. After getting back to the room, when I was alone I often heard some sounds inside the bathroom. That lasted for a few weeks and till now I didn't experience them again.

 

Maybe you had a few mice in the bathroom

 

There are a lot of ghost, vampire and stuff like these videos...a vivid imagination, if you're asking me though I believe in wondering souls
