    What do you think about Spinned / Rewritten content , does the page gest indexed ? if yes does it ranks well in google ?

    yes, it gets indexed, and if it is quality content it will rank well.

    It will get indexed no problem. If the content is well optimized it will help with ranking but that will mostly be down to backlinks.
