Howdy peeps, I hope I'm "allowed" to do this here. Well this post is basically about helping someone who's in need. A friend of mine suffered a spinal cord injury (among other injuries) back in 2001 but he still suffers the effects of it today. Specifically he is hardly ever able to sit down because as doctors explained, there are still fragments of his spinal column still at the injury site, which accounts for the excruciating pain he feels in his back whenever he sits, which has accounted for why about 2 of the past 6 years have been spent bed ridden. The docs have said he needs to have an MRI taken of his spine which will enable them know exactly what's wrong, and hopefully they'll be able to do something. But unfortunately, my friend can neither afford it nor does he have access to any disability grants nor insurance.
